The yellow fever card or certificate, also known as the Carte Jaune, Yellow Card, or International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), is an internationally recognized vaccination record.
Some countries require eligible travelers to present this certificate at immigration as proof of yellow fever vaccination.
